Service

IGoLook provides mobile pre-purchase vehicle inspection services, including but not limited to:

• 150-point vehicle condition inspection
• OBD-II computer code scan
• Carfax vehicle history report review
• Service record review
• Mileage verification
• Vehicle search and sourcing assistance

Services are performed at the location of the vehicle being inspected. We travel to the car — we do not operate a fixed inspection facility.

Our inspection reports represent the professional opinion of the inspector based on a visual and functional assessment conducted at the time of inspection. They are intended to inform your purchasing decision — not to serve as a guarantee, warranty, or certification of the vehicle's condition.

We are not responsible for defects, failures, or conditions that:

• Were not visible or detectable at the time of inspection
• Developed after the inspection was completed
• Were concealed by the seller through fraud or misrepresentation
• Require disassembly of the vehicle to identify

An inspection report is a snapshot in time. It does not predict future mechanical failures or guarantee the vehicle will remain in the described condition.

Inspections are scheduled by mutual agreement via text, call, or our contact form. Payment terms, pricing, and accepted methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an inspection due to weather, access issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will not be charged for the cancelled appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible via text at 609-760-1257. We understand plans change — just give us a heads-up so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IGoLook's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific inspection in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or costs of repair arising from your reliance on our inspection report.

Our services are advisory in nature. The decision to purchase a vehicle remains solely yours.

By booking an inspection, you represent that:

• You have the right or permission to have the vehicle inspected
• The vehicle location information you provide is accurate
• You understand the advisory nature of our reports
• You are at least 18 years of age

All content on igolook.net — including text, design, logos, and inspection report formats — is the property of IGoLook. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Your inspection report is for your personal use in connection with the specific vehicle inspected. It may not be resold or transferred to third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
